We use only malted barley, leaf hops (predominatly Kentish) and yeast. Our ales are brewed with a live yeast that originates from the Barclay Perkins brewery of Southwark, south east London, which we think provides individual character.
Our regular cask conditioned ales are all clearly differentiated and our range offers a choice of lighter, darker, hoppy, malty, weaker and stronger ales.
